‘Eat More Plant-based Meals’ Handout Now Available

I’d like to share a resource I wrote for people who are new to plant-based or vegan eating via the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietary Practice Group, a subset of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

It’s a full-color double-sided pdf that you can download here:

It’s just one of over a dozen handouts on different vegetarian nutrition topics that are available at VegetarianNutrition.net. Please share these widely as many people have questions about nutrition that these resources, written by experts, can answer.
